Allweiler PC Pumps
This is a rotary positive displacement pump. The pumping elements are the rotating eccentric screw (rotor) and the fixed, abrasion resistant, elastomeric lined stator. In any cross-sectional plane, the stator elements are in contact with one another at three points or two points. These points form three or two seal lines along the length of the stator elements. The material is contained in the sealed enclosed cavities, which are formed as the rotor rotates and is displaced axially and continuously from the suction to the discharge or the pump.

Maintenance-Friendly PC Pumps
- Maintenance-friendly block design (MF): core wear parts (rotor, stator, joint, mechanical seal) can be serviced without removing the pump from the piping.

Compact PC Dosing Pumps
The Allweiler AEB-DE is a compact PC dosing pump engineered so that all four sizes share identical installation dimensions. This means capacity changes can be achieved by swapping rotor/stator conveying elements— helping you avoid costly piping modifications.
- Simplified sizing: four sizes replace multiple older sizes (ADP/ADBP and ANP/ANBP) while covering the same operating range.
- Identical installation dimensions across all four sizes; flow can be changed by swapping rotor/stator conveying elements (and internal adapters) without major piping or installation changes.
- Compact block-style design in four sizes (1.3, 2.3, 5.3, 12.2); optional baseplate.
- Connection flexibility: available with threaded or flanged pump connections.
- High-grade stainless steel casing to support use across a broad range of applications.
- More flexible suction casing: includes three additional closed drillings, can be rotated 90°, still allows safe draining, and ports can be used to add sensors or flush/fill the pump.
- Mechanical seal improvement (standard): positioned in the flow of liquid so it’s continuously flushed and cooled, enabling horizontal or vertical installation without dry-running risk at the seal; quench option available or gland packing alternative.
- Protection options: upgrade with dry-running protection (ATLS-T1) or pressure sensor (ATLS-P).
